"Kidgets" slippers sold at Family Dollar recalled
Federal regulators are recalling a brand of children's slippers sold through Family Dollar Stores Inc. because plastic parts can break off the slippers and become choking hazards.


The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday that the "Kidgets" brand slippers being recalled are decorated with the faces of dogs, lions and ducks. . . .

Common painkillers can raise heart risk


Patients who regularly use diclofenac, a common anti-inflammatory drug, were shown to have a two-fifths higher chance of suffering heart problems.
